bazzi's Commitment

bazzi is an entertainment platform — not a solution to financial problems. We want every member to play knowingly and within their own means. To that end, we have built a number of safety tools that you can use yourself at any time. These protection-related provisions are set out in detail in our Terms and Conditions.

We believe in transparency. That is why all our terms and conditions are written in plain language. Set a budget before you play, do not bet more trying to recover money you have lost, and never treat gaming as a source of income — keeping these three principles in mind ensures that the experience of playing stays positive.

Age verification is carried out from the moment of registration at bazzi. No one under the age of 21 can open an account on this platform. Keep your password secure and do not share it with others so that younger family members cannot access the account.

What bazzi ensures

  • Account registration available to members aged 21+ only
  • Option to set a deposit limit at any time
  • Option for temporary or permanent self-exclusion
  • Access to the full history of account activity
  • 24/7 live chat and email support in Bengali and English
  • Reality check and session time control options

Tools to keep yourself in control

Log in to bazzi and activate any of the following safety options from Account Settings. They take effect immediately.

Deposit limit

Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it cannot be increased — it can only be lowered, and that takes effect immediately.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum duration for how long you play in one go. When the set time is up, the session will end automatically and a break will be required before logging in again.

Temporary Break

You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time logging in or making deposits will not be possible. Once the break ends, your account will be reactivated automatically.

Self-Exclusion

Choose self-exclusion to close your account for an extended period or permanently. Once this option is activated, requests to reopen the account before the set period are not accepted.

Reality Check

You will receive a notification at set intervals (for example every 30 or 60 minutes) — reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you won or lost in the session.

Account History

You can view the full history of your deposits, withdrawals, bets, and results at any time. Use this information to analyse your own spending patterns.

If you have any trouble using these tools or cannot find them in Account Settings, contact our 24/7 live chat directly — our support team will help you immediately.

Warning signs of problem gambling

If any one of the following signs appears in you, it is time to reconsider the way and amount you are gambling.

Trying to chase losses

Betting more to win back money you have lost — this is the most recognised sign of a problem.

Spending beyond your budget

Depositing more than your set limit, or playing with borrowed money or savings.

Loss of sleep and daily routine

Reducing or giving up sleep, family time, work, or study in order to play.

Hiding it

Keeping your gambling secret from family or friends, or lying about it.

Check yourself

Ask yourself the questions below. If the answer to two or more is "yes", consider seeking help:

  • Do I often spend more time or money than I planned to?
  • When I lose, do I feel frustrated, angry, or emotionally low?
  • Do I feel restless or uneasy when I am not playing?
  • Have I lied to family or people close to me because of gambling?
  • Have I ever used money set aside for essential expenses on betting?

These questions are not a diagnostic tool — they are simply a way to stay aware of yourself. If you have any concern, speak to our support team or seek professional advice.

Questions and Answers

Answers to common questions about responsible gaming tools, account protection, and support can be found on our FAQ page.

Keep gaming as entertainment

Slots, cricket betting, or live casino — all can be enjoyed as entertainment when played within a fixed budget. Before you play, decide how much you are willing to lose; even after losing that amount, your remaining daily expenses should still be covered — maintaining that balance is the core of responsible gaming.

Winning does not mean you have to put that money back into the game. If you win, withdraw it and use it in real life. The satisfaction of a win is complete when it brings a positive change to your family or your own quality of life.

Avoid playing when you are angry or feeling low because of a problem. Decisions made in an emotional state rarely lead to good outcomes. Take a short break, spend time with someone you care about, then come back with a clear head.

Protection of minors

bazzi strictly follows a 21+ policy. If there is someone in your household who is under 21 and can access your device or account, it is important to take a few steps.

First, use a password and PIN lock on all devices. Second, do not share your bazzi app or website login details with others in your household. Third, enable parental controls on your device's app store or browser. If you let bazzi support know, arrangements can be made to add an extra verification layer.

Our Privacy Policy clearly states how we verify the identity and age of members and how we keep minors' information protected.

Questions about responsible gaming

Activating self-exclusion blocks you from logging in to your account or making deposits. For a temporary option, you can choose anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days. For a longer-term option, you can go from 6 months up to a permanent closure. During the exclusion period, there is no option to shorten or cancel it — this keeps you protected in moments of impulse. It can be activated from Account Settings or by contacting the support team via live chat.

Lowering a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, to increase a limit, a set waiting period must pass — this rule is intentional, so that a sudden limit increase in a moment of impulse does not cause harm. If a request to increase the limit is submitted, the support team will review the situation before making a decision.

If a family member is concerned, they can write directly to our support email — [email protected] — and explain the situation. The support team will take the necessary steps while maintaining confidentiality. Family members may request an account review or temporary suspension as a third-party request, however account details will only be shared with the account holder.

If you have any balance in your account before activating self-exclusion, withdraw it or inform the support team. Your balance is kept safe during the exclusion period. You can withdraw it once the period ends or your account is reactivated. If you have any questions, ask us on live chat.

A reality check is a reminder notification you receive at set intervals. It shows how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost in the session. Having this information in front of you helps you stay aware of your play and makes it easier to take a break when needed. Many members consider it the most effective responsible gaming tool.

There are some common signs — repeatedly trying to recover lost money, feeling irritable when not playing, spending money secretly through debt or by hiding it from family, prioritising playing over daily tasks or sleep. If you notice two or more of these signs in yourself, consider seeking professional advice. The bazzi support team can help you take that first step.
